Dime Time Rewind to my experience at Cincinnati’s biggest music event that hits Paul Brown Stadium every year, Cincinnati Music Festival presented by Procter & Gamble! I had the pleasure of covering CMF while hanging out at the “My Black is Beautiful” booth with crazy views of performances from Anthony Hamilton, Usher, SWV, Bell Biv Devoe and one of my favorite artist, USHER!
This year, Cincinnati Music Festival catered to all ages when it came to your favorites in R&B! From today’s music with Fantasia, Anthony Hamilton, Mary J. Blige and Usher who brought Lil Jon as a surprise guest!

Usher also did a killer dance performance with the greatest entertainer of all time and legendary Doug E. Fresh who served as the soundtrack to Usher’s moves!

For me, this year’s Cincinnati Music Festival gave major nostalgia vibes of the 90’s! As a DJ, I’d have to admit that when it comes to R&B and soul music, the decade of the 90’s takes the crown. Some of those artists that contributed to that era performed at CMF including SWV, Bell Biv Devoe, EnVogue and Mary J. Blige!
Cincinnati Music Festival 2018 has some big shoes to fill when it comes to following up after this year’s bill of artists! Looking forward to finding out who makes next year’s line up! Special thanks to Procter & Gamble and MBIB (My Black is Beautiful) for having me inside their suite to cover such a great event!
Until the next adventure…
